    Description

    Creasing – Grooving – Perforating – Slitting – Cutting

Creasing of finished prints before folding is becoming increasingly important.
Particularly in the case of digital prints, prior, proper creasing is indispensable during folding,
to prevent the ink and paper from breaking at the fold edge.

The CreaseMaster works according to the traditional technique with crease/groove bars,
which compress the paper at the fold edge by means of adjustable pressure and thus prevent the paper from breaking during folding.

Lightning-fast setup via TouchScreen and the option of automatically applying up to 10 grooves per sheet with 2 tool bars
    – simultaneously from above and/or below and with narrow or wide groove as required.
The minimum distance from groove to groove is 1 mm.

One of the two grooving bars can be exchanged for a bar with perforation, so that sheets can be grooved and perforated simultaneously in one operation.
Recurring jobs are stored and retrieved in seconds.
At the same time and independently of the beam creasing, can be used with rotating tool wheels at the paper inlet,
additional operations can be performed: Creasing, perforating, slitting.

The scope of delivery includes a pressure-vacuum pump and a tool holder with 2 tools.
